All returns must be labeled with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package. You must contact our customer service for an RMA number. Returns must be received by us within 30 days of the invoice date. Any order discrepancy must be reported within five (5) days of merchandise receipt.
Leslie Store does not replace, repair, or accept merchandise after 30 days.
