Our typical turnaround time is 8 - 10 days, but turnaround times may vary.

Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover)-PayPal is accepted.
All orders must be pre-paid in full before is shipped.
Customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs.

All of our products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging.

We ask that all cancellations or changes to your order be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
Any reductions or cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued a restocking fee.
Incorrectly shipped merchandise or returns must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Refund will be granted upon receipt of returned goods.
Retailer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs.

Occasionally certain products may be out of stock. You will be notified of any items that are backordered and, if directed, we will proceed to ship all items in stock from your order. Once an item is back in stock, we will ship it out immediately unless directed otherwise. Shipping charges apply.

All Leslie products are made in the USA. Our envelopes and papers come from mills that are 100% Renewable Energy, FSC Certified, Green Seal Certified, Green-e Certified (that includes Acid Free, Chlorine Free, Lignin Free, and PH Neutral). All our cards are printed with soy and vegetable ink.

All shipping costs are charged at time of shipment and will be included on your final invoice. Orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (subject to availability).
Please notify us of any time-sensitive orders. We are not responsible for any carrier delays. All orders ship from our studio in Florida. Any duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the retailer.
