• Personalized orders include (3) pdf proof(s) created by a designer.
• 1-2 Business days for each proof
• Digital proof will be sent email for your review and approval.
• We require proof approval before production and shipping.
• Proof approval and changes must be sent be email.
• Nothing will be printed until we have your final approval.

PRODUCTION TIME

• Custom Wedding Invitations: 4-6 weeks to complete from date of approval.
• Wedding Stationery: 15-20 business days to complete from date of approval.
• Perosnlaized Stationery: 12-15 business days to complete from date of approval.
• Non-custom products 1 to 3 business days.
• Rush services are not available.

**Please note that production time might vary sometimes due to high demand. We will contact you and provide you with an update on your order's status and any estimated delivery delays. 

• All domestic orders are shipped via UPS ground.
• If your order is time-sensitive, we strongly encourage you to select an expedited shipping method.
• Please note that upgrading your shipping does not expedite processing times.
• Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, excluding custom items.
• Please note that we do not ship on the weekends or U.S. holidays.
• Please allow additional time for order processing during holidays.
